What should my child wear/bring to each session?

We recommend children wear normal playing kit i.e. shorts, socks, t-shirt and trainers. When the sun is strong sun-cream is recommended. If the club is a football club it is a must that the children bring their shin pads to every session.

Food/Drink/Medication: We do not supply any food or drink so please provide plenty of fluids for your children. Any children who require medication it is vital they bring all medication required to each session i.e., inhalers. Medical information must be stated on the booking forms.

Do parents have to stay through the session?

No parents can pick their children up at the end of the session, safe in the knowledge that their child is having fun, being active and most importantly in a safe environment with our qualified and vetted coaches.

Who will be delivering the Multi-Sports and Holiday Clubs?

What is the ration of coaches to children?

We follow a 1:15 ratio when working with children, we have a minimum of two staff per location.

How do I pay using Childcare Vouchers?

To pay with childcare vouchers, all you need to do is select which sessions you would like on the website then apply the coupon code for childcare vouchers.

Does my child need a packed lunch for Holiday Clubs?

Yes please, children will have a morning and lunchtime break so please pack a heathy snack to eat and packed lunch. We do ask, that you do not pack any nuts or nut products in your child’s lunch bag. The children as well need a refillable water bottle to use throughout the day.

Are the venues safe & secure?

We only use venues that are closed to the public, usually primary or secondary schools. Following registration either the front gate and/or front door is locked. Children are supervised at all times.

Do you have a booking system?

Yes, we do, when you go to book for clubs or holiday camp, you will be now directed to a booking system called Pembee. Following your first time booking, the system will store your details, making booking in future much easier.

What happens if my child misses a session that we have already paid for?

Refunds will be made if children miss sessions due to us cancelling. However, no refunds are made if a child fails to attend a session for any other reason.
